RBCK has been involved in a variety of different projects from custom homes to multi-use developments to entire neighborhoods. We have the experience to handle virtually any construction services needs. Here is some information on some of our more recent projects.
Vista Homes is a new home builder in the Upstate of South Carolina. RBCK is the general contractor for Vista Homes helping them build new homes in their developments. they currently have one active neighborhood, Drake's Field, and one upcoming neighborhood, Kensington Plantation, both in Anderson. RBCK helps Vista Homes focus on quality, craftsmanship and delivering home designs to meet the market needs.
Merchants Gate is a historic custom home neighborhood just off the square in Pendleton. RBCK has built several homes in Merchants Gate recently including Lot 9 and Lot 19. We also own a lot in the development ready for a design/build.
The Villages at Town Creek is a multi-family project that includes townhomes, future single family homes and future commercial development. The Villages is currently complete through phase 1 and fully occupied with phase 2 upcoming.
