Merchants Gate is a small development in Pendleton with a focus on historic architecture and design. There are many pre-approved plans to choose from or you can bring your own design to the architecture review board for approval. Lot 9 is a private residence we are building for a client that comes from the portfolio of the Moser Design Group. We worked with our team of designers and engineers to make adjustments to the plan to better fit our clients needs.
